In the spirit of not wanting to be anything like ‘most SEO agencies’ I offer a money back guarentee to my local SEO clients.

While I can’t guarentee to get you on the first page of Google, I’m confident enough in my process and have a high enough success rate that I’m happy to offer a money back guarentee for local SEO projects where if I don’t get one of your keywords onto page 1 in Google in 6 months, you don’t pay any fees for that keyword.

Typically local keywords cost £500 each and a project lasts 5-6 months. If after that time you’re still not ranking for that keyword I’ll refund you £500.

I price local SEO projects by the keyword to keep things simple and so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Once your sites ranking well for your keywords you should really sustain some SEO effort in order to ensure your competitors don’t overtake you. At this stage I can either set you up with some ongoing tasks which you can complete in house or you can pay a small retainer for me to do them for you. After your initial project you might also choose to take on some additional keywords to drive even more traffic.

Be aware that not all local keywords have the same level of difficulty. For example a keyword like ‘london hotels’ is far more competitive than say ‘wigan hotels’ so pricing for local SEO keywords and projects varies according to difficulty and the effort required for the optimisation work.

I will advise you at the consultation stage which keywords are realistic to target within a certain timeframe. Usually I’ll suggest starting with some less competitive keywords which will start sending some traffic to the site quickly and then taking on some more competitive and valuable terms later, once the site is more trusted by the search engines.
